ORDERS

All Orders are subject to acceptance by the owner of the mini premises and jombeli.biz reserves the right to allocate the sale of products among its customers.  Orders for special, custom, value-added and products specifically identified by jombeli.biz as non-standard are non-cancelable and non-returnable ("NCNR").

PRICES

The prices are for products only and do not include delivery charges. Every each transaction will be donated to Kembara Kasih for the homeless charity program.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment must be made within two days to the jombeli.biz account.  The order will be automatically cancelled if no payment made within two days. 

DELIVERY AND TITLE

Customer is responsible for all delivery costs and any applicable surcharges.  Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.  Any delivery will be made refer to the owner of the mini premises in jombeli.biz.  However, jombeli.biz will provide delivery in Master Room, Level 7, Faculty of Business Management, UiTM Puncak Alam on the delivary date agreed by the owner of the mini premises and the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT RETURNS

All food products are not returnable.  Any damage and broken, the customers can directly contact the owner of the mini premises in jombeli.biz.
